How To Copy And Paste:
When installing command machines, or working with commands in general, it is very important to know how to copy and paste commands quick and easy. It is very inefficient to have to select an entire command before copying it, that can take a long time, as Minecraft commands can get pretty long these days!
1. Know Your Master Key.
Your master key is the most important key on your keyboard. You will use it frequently when installing command machines. The thing that throws most people off is that your master key is different depending on what keyboard you have. Here are the most common keyboards. The master key on each one is in red. Both have more then one.

Common Widows Keyboard:
On Windows, your keyboard will look more or less like this. Your master key on Windows is always the Ctrl key.
Common Mac Keyboard:

On Mac, your keyboard will look more or less like this. Your master key on Mac is always the Command key.
2. Know Your Shortcuts.
Once you know your master key, keyboard shortcuts will be a breeze! Keep in mind all the keys below MUST BE PRESSED AT THE SAME TIME to complete the action.

2.1 The Highlight Shotrcut.

+
This shortcut is helpful when highlighting all of the text in an area. You don't have to worry about scrolling over all of it. But be warned! This shortcut doesn't highlight only text! Text that is not meant to be highlighted will be treated as part of an entire page. So pictures, videos, and anything else displayed on that page will be highlighted as well. So this shortcut should only be used within Minecraft. To be safe, when using this site, just highlight the command by hand and press copy.
2.2 The Copy Shotrcut.

+

The whole purpose of highlighting a command is so you can copy it and put it in a command block. It doesn't take a significant amount of time to right click on highlighted text and press copy, but in Minecraft you don't have that accommodation. That is where this shortcut is useful. With this shortcut, you could copy and transfer highlighted text between command blocks with ease!
2.2 The Paste Shotrcut.

Once you have copied a command, you must paste it into a command block. To do that, you must first know how to paste. This shortcut is the most commonly missunderstood!
